Terms of Service

By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

WanMax provides an AI-powered video generation service. You may use our service only as permitted by law and these Terms. You agree not to misuse our service or help anyone else to do so. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the service.

You may not use WanMax to create, request, upload, store, share, or distribute content that violates these standards. Prohibited categories include, without limitation:

NSFW / adult sexual content: Sexually explicit, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise not safe for work material, including nudity intended to arouse; sexual acts or fetish content; or content that sexualizes real individuals without their lawful consent.

Violence and illegal harm: Content that promotes, glorifies, or provides actionable guidance for extreme violence, terrorism, or other serious criminal activity.

Intellectual property infringement: Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other IP rights of others without authorization.

Hate speech and discriminatory content: Content that attacks, demeans, or incites hatred or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or other protected characteristics.

Child safety / CSAM: Any sexual, exploitative, or abusive content involving minors (anyone under 18), including fictional or AI-generated depictions. Zero tolerance. Users under 18 may not use this service. We will remove such content, terminate involved accounts, and report to authorities when required by law.

Deepfakes and impersonation: Generating or distributing content that realistically imitates a real person’s likeness, face, or voice without their consent, or that is used to deceive, defraud, harass, or damage reputation — including non-consensual intimate imagery or political/misinformation deepfakes.

We may use automated and manual review to enforce this policy. Violations may result in immediate removal of content, suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of credits without refund where permitted by law, and reporting to authorities when required.

If you find generated or uploaded content on WanMax that appears to violate these Terms (including NSFW material, hate or discriminatory content, child-safety concerns, deepfakes/impersonation, violence, or IP infringement), please report it promptly.

How to report: Email support@wan30.co with the subject line “Content Report.” Include (1) the URL or location of the content if available, (2) the approximate time it was created or viewed, (3) your account email if you are signed in, and (4) a short description of why you believe it violates our policies. For suspected child sexual exploitation material, mark the subject “Urgent — Child Safety.”

What happens next: We aim to acknowledge reports within 2 business days and to complete an initial review within 7 business days where feasible. We may remove content, restrict accounts, request more information, or escalate to law enforcement when legally required. We may not share full investigation details with reporters in order to protect privacy and safety.

Our service allows you to upload, submit, store, and share content. You retain all rights to your content, but you grant us a license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service. You are responsible for any content you upload and must have the necessary rights to share that content.

Our service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall WanMax, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WanMax regarding our service and supersede any prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
